The location was good. The metro was a short walk away. Local shops were very close. Breakfast included various options, and I found some good choices. Staff were excellent. They were always smiling and very helpful.
The room was small for two people, especially with luggage. Soundproofing inside was not good. The walls were thin. I could hear noise from adjacent rooms. The sink in the room was also too small.

the hotel was clean. breakfast was included and had a decent variety. the location was convenient, about 8 minutes to the metro (i liked the walk).
The soundproofing was not great. I could hear some noise from the hallway.

My room was very very comfy and tidy. The breakfast included many options! The hotel location is close to Avenida da Liberdade. I could walk there easily. The staff was helpful. They gave me directions.
The room was smaller than I expected. I booked a Double Room. The soundproofing is not good. I could hear noise from other rooms! There were only three tea bags, and the quality seemed low.
